Kitten Grandpa – the YouTube star – is not a breeder. He is parenting a couple of Diamond Eyes cats (Khao Manee cats) and a Russian Blue cat in SFV area of Los Angeles County, CA. A few times a year, his Khao Manee cats have kittens.
When it happens, the Khao Manee kittens (also known as Diamond Eyes kittens, White Gem kittens, or Thai kittens) become available for sale. In between the blessed events, there is a waiting list.
The Khao Manee kittens born to Kitten Grandpa’s cats are healthy, well taken care of, and happy, not a kitten mill’s or breeding factory’s kittens. They are born and raised in a cat lover’s home.
The average cost of a Kitten Grandpa’s pet-quality Khao Manee (uniform-eyed) kitten is $1,200. (The price may be lower for older kittens.)
The cost of pet-quality, odd-eyed Khao Manee kittens – which are exceedingly rare! – ranges from $1,500 – $2,000.
NOTE: Vaccinations, spaying, or neutering are not included in the cost and are left to the discretion of the new pet parents.
